This hotel exceeded my expectations in several areas. the breakfast buffet was superb (i especially liked the variety of fresh pastries). the staff made every effort to address our needs, quickly resolving a minor issue with our room. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and public spaces. Housekeeping was very efficient.

the music around the pool was a little too loud for my taste one afternoon, it was hard to read.

My holiday was very relaxing. The staff across the resort is attentive. The architecture is well-designed. The warm welcome at the bar was excellent! I enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my room.

I thought more entertainment programs, especially at night, would have added to the experience.

The resort has a terraced restaurant with great views. I could easily book cabs through the hotel. The spa offers a massage treatment and it was worth it!!! The entire resort encourages guests to sit, relax with a drink, and enjoy the views.

The resort is located near to various local attractions. I found it easy to access nearby towns. I recommend a short trip to Agios Nikolaos! I took taxis to town in the evening and it was about 10 euros each way.

I was not impressed with the beach. It was rocky. The sauna was also extra, costing 80 euro. I think this is outrageous for a hotel of this supposed caliber!!!

The resort has a stunning beachfront location with a coastline of approximately 400 meters, offering a perfect getaway for couples and honeymooners. While some areas of the beach are not easily accessible due to its natural preservation as a pebble beach, there are four secluded sandy coves available for swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Cretan Sea. Fully equipped sandy lounge areas with service are also located along the shoreline.
